“Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism. Doug identified a piece of copper rattling against the reversing valve in my heat pump. Unfortunately it had worn a hole through the copper and I lost all the freon. FORTUNATELY a repair was possible and my unit is back up and running quieter than ever! I wish I had scheduled a seasonal checkup as this condition would've been easily spotted and probably would have saved me the replacement of the costly refrigerant. Highly recommend these guys.
