“Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism. Doug identified a piece of copper rattling against the reversing valve in my heat pump. Unfortunately it had worn a hole through the copper and I lost all the freon. FORTUNATELY a repair was possible and my unit is back up and running quieter than ever! I wish I had scheduled a seasonal checkup as this condition would've been easily spotted and probably would have saved me the replacement of the costly refrigerant. Highly recommend these guys.

“No one showed up on the day of my appointment, and it was not cancelled.  The second time I called I got someone out early and he did fine - no harm done.  I do think $80 to come out is too high especially for repeat customers and senior citizens."
