There is never a convenient time for your heating or cooling equipment to fail. That’s why the primary goal of every PSA is to prevent equipment breakdowns. However, when problems do occur, we do our very best to limit the inconvenience and expense by providing the following benefits.
1. PRE-SEASON MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS
Most costly, time-consuming equipment breakdowns can be prevented, and equipment performance and efficiency can be maintained with regular, quality maintenance inspections. Premium Service Agreement customers receive two FREE pre-season maintenance inspections with standard 1” filters included at no cost. That’s a $200 value!

2. 15% EMERGENCY SERVICE DISCOUNT
Even with the best maintenance, heating and cooling equipment can still fail. That’s when you need the skill and knowledge of our professional technicians - and repairs to malfunctioning heating and cooling equipment can be costly.
GHAC, Inc. limits the service expense to our PSA customers by providing a 15% discount on all necessary service repair work.

3. “PRIORITY” SAME OR NEXT-DAY SERVICE
If an unfortunate breakdown does occur, you don’t want to wait days for a repairman. That’s why we provide our PSA customers with priority service scheduling and expedited specialty parts delivery at no additional charge.
4. EXTENDED COVERAGE
We do our very best to make sure that we diagnose and fix every problem right the first time. However, sometimes things are missed or new problems arise. For those instances, GHAC provides a standard service labor warranty of 30 days. Our PSA customers receive an additional 15 days of coverage, plus all replacement parts carry a minimum 1 year warranty.
