3
Service Parts
We do our very best to make sure that we have the necessary repair and maintenance parts
available for our field technicians – but we also share those parts with our customers.
So, if you need air filters, bearings, belts, blowers, breakers, capacitors, contactors,
control boards…zip-ties – and most everything in-between – we probably have you covered.

Service Rates
At GHAC, we use a “Flat-Rate” service billing method. This method of billing provides our customers with a consistent, up-front, worry-free means of receiving and paying for our services.
How Does it Work?
Each service call within the standard SERVICE AREA* includes a fixed, Diagnostic Fee (see rates below). This diagnostic fee includes all necessary labor, travel*, fuel expenses, etc. for a technician to diagnose the problem with your equipment. Once the technician diagnoses the service problem, the issue and any needed repair work is explained to the customer. Our Flat-Rate repair costs are designed to be very reasonably-priced and are agreed upon before repairs are made so there are no surprises or worries over time or hidden costs. If a return visit is required for the same problem within 30 days**, the return diagnostic charge is free during regular business hours. Repair charges are added as if they were performed on the initial visit.
